Cabin & vacation rental pest control

Pest control built for Smoky Mountain rental cabins

By cabin owners, for cabin owners.

Log walls, wooded lots and a steady stream of guests make a rental cabin a different job than a house in town. We schedule treatments around your bookings, work with your property manager, and include bed bug treatment in our premium plan with no extra fees.

Fall

Lady bugs and stink bugs pile onto sunny log walls and slip in around windows.

Winter

Mice move into empty cabins looking for warmth and crumbs.

Spring

Carpenter bees drill into exposed logs, decks and fascia boards.

Year round

Scorpions hide around tubs, drains and damp bathroom corners.

Log walls have gaps

Logs shrink, check and settle. Every crack and chink line is a doorway for spiders, lady bugs and carpenter bees, so we treat the walls themselves, not just the baseboards.

The woods come right up to the deck

Trees, leaf litter and creek banks sit a few feet from the hot tub. That puts ticks, wasps and mice right where your guests sit, eat and sleep.

Empty nights invite pests in

A cabin that sits quiet for three days is an open invitation. Mice move into empty kitchens and scorpions settle into dark bathrooms when nobody is around.

Your reviews are on the line

One spider in the shower or a cluster of lady bugs on the window can turn into a one-star review. Your listing depends on guests never seeing a pest at all.

Why it matters

Why cabins need a different approach

Joe owns rental cabins in these mountains too, so he has dealt with every one of these himself. The same things guests love about a log cabin are the things pests love about it.

Walkthrough

We walk the cabin inside and out, mark entry points and problem spots, and note your check-in and check-out times.

01

Treat between stays

Service is booked in the window between check-out and check-in, so it never overlaps a guest's stay.

02

Follow-up

We come back to check results and re-treat anything that needs it, before it turns into a guest complaint.

03

Report with photos

After every visit, you or your property manager get a short report with photos of what we found and what we did.

04

Our process

How we work around your bookings

Your calendar comes first. We fit the work into the gaps between stays, so guests never cross paths with a technician.

Included in the premium plan

Bed bugs, with no extra fees

Most companies bill bed bugs as a separate, expensive job. On our premium plan, bed bug treatment is included. For a rental owner, that one line can save a season.

Remote owners

Working with your property manager

Plenty of our owners live hours away from their cabins. That is fine. We work straight with your property manager and cleaning crew, so you are not playing phone tag from three states away.

We get door codes and access details from your manager, not from you at midnight.

We time treatments around housekeeping, so we are not spraying while they are cleaning.

We leave notes for the cleaning crew on what to watch for, like droppings or shed skins.

You and your manager both get the visit report with photos.

Service area

Where we treat

We take care of rental cabins and homes across the Smokies, from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge to the quiet roads of Cosby and Townsend.

What cabin owners say

★★★★★

Called on a Tuesday about wasps under the deck rail and they were out the next morning. Gone, and they have not come back.

We rent our cabin out most weekends. They worked around the booking calendar and sent photos after, so I knew exactly what was done.

Quoted a flat price up front and that is what I paid. Polite, quick, and they explained what they were spraying and why.

FAQ

Cabin owner questions

  • Yes. We use products labelled for residential use and tell you the exact re-entry time before we start. For most interior treatments that is around two hours once surfaces are dry.

  • No. One-off visits are fine. Recurring plans are available if you want them, and you can stop at any time without a cancellation fee.

  • Most estimates happen within one to two days, and treatment usually follows the same week. Wasp nests and rodent problems get priority.

  • That is most of what we do. Send us the booking gaps and we will schedule around them, then email you a photo report the same day.

  • Call us and we return between scheduled visits at no extra charge. Follow-up is part of the price we quote you.

  • YES! Bed bug treatment is included in our premium plan. No other fees necessary.
